Terms of Service

Welcome to Kunjio Technologies. These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of our website at www.kunjio.in and our K-AMS (Kunjio HRMS) application at hrms.kunjio.in (collectively, the "Services"), provided by Kunjio Technologies ("we", "us", "our").

By registering for an account, starting a trial, or using our Services, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use our Services.

1. Definitions

  • "Company" means the organisation that registers for and uses K-AMS
  • "Company Admin" means the individual who registers the company and manages the K-AMS account
  • "User" means any person who accesses K-AMS, including admins, managers and employees
  • "Subscription Plan" means the pricing and feature tier selected by the Company
  • "Trial" means the free, time-limited access to K-AMS features

2. Account Registration

To use K-AMS, you must register by providing accurate and complete information including a unique Company ID, company name, contact name, email and phone number. You are responsible for:

  • Maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials
  • All activities that occur under your account
  • Ensuring that the information you provide is accurate and current
  • Notifying us immediately of any unauthorised use of your account

You must be at least 18 years old and authorised to register on behalf of your Company.

3. Free Trial

We offer a free trial of K-AMS for a limited period (currently 14 days, subject to change). During the trial:

  • You have access to the features included in the trial plan
  • No payment is required
  • The number of users and available features may be limited compared to paid plans
  • Your trial account may be deactivated after the trial period ends
  • You may upgrade to a paid plan at any time by contacting us

We reserve the right to modify, suspend or terminate trial offerings at any time.

4. Subscriptions and Billing

Paid subscription plans are billed based on the plan selected, the number of users, and the billing cycle (monthly, quarterly or yearly). By subscribing to a paid plan:

  • You agree to pay the fees associated with your chosen plan
  • Billing is managed by our team — contact us at support@kunjio.in for invoicing and payment
  • Plans and pricing may change; existing subscribers will be notified in advance of any price changes
  • You may upgrade or downgrade your plan by contacting us
  • Refunds are handled on a case-by-case basis at our discretion

5. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

  • Use K-AMS for any unlawful purpose or in violation of applicable Indian law
  • Upload, store or transmit content that is illegal, harmful, or infringes on others' rights
  • Attempt to gain unauthorised access to other companies' data or our systems
  • Use the Services to send unsolicited communications or spam
  • Reverse engineer, decompile or attempt to extract the source code of our application
  • Resell or sublicense access to K-AMS without our written permission
  • Interfere with or disrupt the Services or servers

6. Your Data

You retain ownership of all data you enter into K-AMS (employee records, attendance data, etc.). You are responsible for ensuring you have the right to collect and process the employee data you enter. We process your data as described in our Privacy Policy.

7. Service Availability

We strive to maintain high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. We may:

  • Perform maintenance, updates or upgrades that may cause temporary downtime
  • Suspend services in cases of emergency, security threat or legal requirement
  • Modify or discontinue features with reasonable notice

We are not liable for downtime or data loss caused by factors beyond our control, including hosting provider outages, internet connectivity issues, or force majeure events.

8. Intellectual Property

Kunjio Technologies, the K-AMS name, our logo, and all software, design, text and other content on our website and application are our intellectual property. You may not use our trademarks or brand assets without our written permission.

9. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Services are provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied. We do not warrant that the Services will be error-free, uninterrupted, or meet your specific requirements. You use the Services at your own risk.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Kunjio Technologies shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, including loss of profits, data, business opportunities or goodwill, arising from your use of or inability to use our Services. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you have paid us in the three months preceding the claim.

11. Termination

You may terminate your account at any time by contacting us. We may suspend or terminate your account if:

  • You violate these Terms
  • Your subscription fees are overdue
  • Your trial period has expired without upgrade
  • Your account is inactive for an extended period
  • Required by law or to protect our Services or other users

Upon termination, you may request export of your data. We may delete your data after a reasonable retention period.

12. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify you of significant changes by posting the updated terms on this page and updating the "Last updated" date. Continued use of our Services after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

13. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in India.
